What is the warranty policy?

    Zaya provides a Limited Liability Warranty for a period of 1 year for its hardware i.e. Class Cloud and its adapter. During the warranty period:

    • Zaya Learning Labs will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to put the product in the same or equivalent packaging along with all the accessories provided and send across the whole product to Zaya head office located in Mumbai. 
    • Zaya Learning Labs will replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts if the product is under warranty period. The replaced physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or 1 Year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
    • The Warranty of the product can be extended by buying the AMC contract from Zaya, which will cover the software up gradation (Not the Hardware Cost).
