I am getting "Limited Access" on Classcloud after connecting LAN cable

    Limited Access:It means you are offline

    • If you are getting Limited Access status after connecting LAN cable to the Classcloud ,means you are not connected to internet.

    Troubleshooting Steps:

    • Insert the LAN cable properly to the Classcloud. Also check the light is blinking on the LAN port
    • Wait for few minutes after the above step
    • Check by replacing the LAN cable
    • If still facing the issue, restart your router and Classcloud
