Limited Access:It means you are offline
- If you are getting Limited Access status after connecting LAN cable to the Classcloud ,means you are not connected to internet.
- Insert the LAN cable properly to the Classcloud. Also check the light is blinking on the LAN port
- Wait for few minutes after the above step
- Check by replacing the LAN cable
- If still facing the issue, restart your router and Classcloud
