Blank page appears after clicking on the student icon. What should I do?

    Here are few scenarios why this incident would have happened:

    • This issue normally occurs when the Data Sync gets interrupted due to the internet failure or if the connections drops
    • If the above has happened repeat the Data Sync and ensure the internet connection is stable till the sync gets completed
    • It can also occur due to cache memory in google memory. To remove the cache memory click here
