I cannot see the Classcloud wifi, where do I find it?

    To troubleshoot this issue follow the below steps:

     

    • Are all the 3 antennas connected to Classcloud?
    • Please check for 'Zaya Cloud' or the specific wifi name that has been given to you on the wireless devices that are available with you.                                                                       
    • Restart the Wifi feature of your device.
    • Restart the Zaya Classcloud.(Re-start here means switch off the Classcloud (Box) and switch it on using the black/silver button).
