To troubleshoot this issue follow the below steps:
- Is the Zaya ClassCloud Turned on?
- Are all the 3 antennas connected to Classcloud?
- Please check for 'Zaya Cloud' or the specific wifi name that has been given to you on the wireless devices that are available with you.
- Restart the Wifi feature of your device.
- Restart the Zaya Classcloud.(Re-start here means switch off the Classcloud (Box) and switch it on using the black/silver button).
