I am unable to do a content sync, What should I do?

    To troubleshoot this problem, please follow the below steps:

    • Is your Classcloud connected to Internet? Read here on how to connect the ClassCloud to the internet 
    • Are you following the proper steps for content sync ? click on this link 'content sync' to watch a video which has the procedures to get this task accomplished
    • This sync takes 8-10 minutes approx. (depends on the speed of your internet) to start as it first calculates the number of files that needs to be downloaded
