I am not able to do a data sync. What should I do?

    This could happen because of following reasons:

    • Is your Classcloud connected to Internet? If Yes, then 
    • Are you following the proper Steps for Data Sync?
    • If you are getting "connection error" message please check the internet by visiting other websites like google.com,yahoo.com,youtube.com
    • If you cannot access these websites means currently internet is not available.
    • You can try after some time once the internet is back.
