There could be few reason that your students cannot see images on our platform. To troubleshoot this issue please follow the steps:
- Are you connected to Classcloud? If yes, then
- Are you using Google Chrome Browser? If yes, then
- Were these images loading when you used Zaya previously ?
- If the images were curated recently then you have to perform all the three Syncs in the following order
