My students cannot see images in practice or quiz. What should I do?

    There could be few reason that your students cannot see images on our platform. To troubleshoot this issue please follow the steps:

    • Are you connected to Classcloud?  If yes, then
    • Are you using Google Chrome Browser? If yes, then 
    • Were these images loading when you used Zaya previously ?
    • If the images were curated recently then you have to perform all the three Syncs in the following order

             Admin Sync,Data Sync & Content Sync.
