Videos are not playing on the tablets/computer. What should I do?

    If videos are not playing there could be few reasons. To troubleshoot this issue check for the following.

    • Are you connected to Classcloud?
    • Are you currently using Google Chrome ?
    • Were these videos pre-installed on the Classcloud?

    1.If yes, then do a content sync on the Classcloud, After the Sync gets completed, check the videos.
