If the Zaya homepage is not loading please check for the following:
- Have you turned on Classcloud?
If you have not, please turn it on
- Are both the lights glowing on the Zaya Classcloud?
If not, check if the adapter is plugged into the power source.Then press the power button present on the Classcloud.
- Is the Wi-Fi of your (Tablet , Laptop, etc.) device connected to Classcloud?
