Zaya homepage is not loading

    If the Zaya homepage is not loading please check for the following:

              If you have not, please turn it on

    • Are both the lights glowing on the Zaya Classcloud?

              If not, check if the adapter is plugged  into the power source.Then press the power button present on the Classcloud.

    • Is the Wi-Fi of your (Tablet , Laptop, etc.) device  connected to Classcloud?

              If not, please connect your device wifi to Classcloud. Click here to see how to connect

    • Have you entered the correct URL i.e. to access the Zaya Homepage
