Sometimes the cache memory or history of the google chrome on the tablet might create few issues while accessing the content. To clear the history or cache memory please follow below steps:
- Switch on your tablet
- Click on settings icon
- Then Click on Apps.
- You will see a list of the apps that are installed on that device under ALL menu as shown in the image below. (You can slide towards right to get into ALL menu)
- Click on the browser (chrome/internet/dolphin) that you are using and click on clear data and clear cache as shown in the above picture. (this will be the final step)
- Once done, open the browser and access the content again
