Return Policy

    -The IT team will try to diagnose the issue on the box remotely or over a phone call.

    - If the issue persists then the box will be recalled to our office in Mumbai.

    - It would be throughly tested and debugged to diagnose the issue.

    -If this was an internal hardware issue then we will replace the box free of cost. However if this problem was caused due to any damage that took place after usage began, then the cost of the new box would have to be borne by the customer.

    - Additionally, it would be Zaya's final decision whether to replace the box or have it fixed in house.

    - Usually, after a complaint is made, an attempt is made to resolve the issue over the phone over the next 2 days.

    - If the box needs to be recalled, it would usually take no more than 10- 15 days to check the box.
